Own Nick Anderson proudly acquired ownership of the Tucson IAS office on May 1, 2018, after working within the Company for nearly five years. Nick’s employment reputation has been founded on a strong work ethic, being creative, and maintaining an impeccable level of integrity. Nick is certified in Xactimate estimating software and is a knowledgeable multiline appraiser. Nick’s appraisal experience and persuasive negotiation skills in the shops and with contractors allow him to successfully lower expenditures and increase profits for the client base. Nick enjoys golfing, hiking, and spending time with his wife and their two children.
